This issue is now resolved. Data is being displayed on the Reporting pages again as expected. (No information failed to be recorded or was lost during this incident)

We are aware that in the SafetyNet portal Reporting pages are showing as "No data to display".
All other pages and functionality are working as expected. We are investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible.

As part of our continuous improvements to our connectivity service, we will be migrating some of our leased line customers to new infrastructure. The migrations will be performed out of core hours between 7PM and 6AM BST and services should be considered at-risk within the maintenance window. Due to the resilient nature of our network, any impact is expected to be minimal.
