Monitoring - Issue partially resolved. Browsing Reports will be available and complete for all customers from today. Safeguarding alerts will be issued as normal.
Some browsing data from 22 April to 30 April may not be available, and some safeguarding alerts generated during this time period may not yet have been issued. We are working to resolve both of these, and further updates will be issued in due course.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue affecting the RM SafetyNet Browsing Report feature for some customers.
During this time, affected customers may experience incomplete or unavailable browsing reports. Related features including Dashboard, Alerts, and Alert History may also display partial or missing data for the impacted period.
Our technical teams are actively working to resolve the issue as a priority. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will provide further updates as soon as possible.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue affecting browsing of some websites using SafetyNet Go.
Some websites are being blocked at the host, including some sites hosted in or protected by AWS and Cloudflare services. Other providers not listed may be similarly affected.
